We are unable to accept items that are used, dirty, have fur on the garment, altered, washed, damaged, or missing the original packaging/swing tags. The original swing tags must be intact and attached to the item. We recommend carefully trying on your new products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.
Due to hygiene reasons, water bottles are not returnable unless it is faulty
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
Shipping Cost – you will need to pay for shipping back to our warehouse
